Relax in the colder months close to the lakeside firepit or indoor pellet stove - cozy! - 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter - 30 min drive to the Creation Museum or Cincinnati Zoo A portion of every stay helps build homes for families in El Salvador! The space Three cozy bedrooms have everything you need to relax after long days of enjoying all the area has to offer. The king bedroom offers the largest space with room for the pack and play (provided with sheets should you need them). The queen bedroom has plenty of space for 2 additional adults or kids. The third bedroom boasts a double bed with single trundle and fun art and light fixtures for your littles to enjoy their stay. This room would also be appropriate for two additional adults. The pull out sofa in the living room is comfy enough to invite anyone else you want to bring along with you! We have enough dining seating for 10 people plus a high chair for a baby if you need it. We also have plenty of space to dine outdoors if you’d enjoy that as well. Bring the dining chairs outside with the folding table on the patio or eat out on the deck! We have a fuseball table in the garage with some extra seating and an additional table and chairs for eating or playing games. You have full access to the large driveway. Bring soccer or hockey nets for a game, or the kids can rip around on their scooters. There’s plenty of space for your friends and family to gather out here. Plus the close proximity to the lake is just what you need to unplug enjoy some time off. Our ROKU smart TV in guest mode allows you to start back up your favorite shows and streaming services where you have left off. Lower vehicles my need additional time and care when going up and down. Although Bullock Pen Lake has safe water, it’s not a swimming lake. Feel free to take a turn out on our kayaks or bring your own boat. Boats must operate at idle speed. Lake use is at your own risk.
