Beautiful house Located in Clayton, NY with water access in Spicer Bay on the St. Lawrence River! 2.7 miles from downtown Clayton and 9.9 Miles from Alexandria Bay. 3 miles of nice walking and biking in a private like residential area. Features include a fully furnished kitchen, Fire pit, hammock, walking distance to local winery, camp fire, docking available, large porch with distant river view. Restaurants and attractions are just a short boat ride away. The space Open floor plan with two bed room and one bath. You will have access to Spicer Bay which is right off the main channel of the St. Lawrence River. You can walk or drive to your river access. Bring your own Kayak and canoe. We do have rentals. We have a boat house with dock for rent $200 for the week or $40 per day. Kayak rental with life Jackets $20 per day. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have. Guest access Water access with boat house and dock. Our dock can accommodate up to 28ft boat. At the house you will have a fire pit and gas grill if you desire to use.
