The master bedroom upstairs offers you ocean view and a big terrace, the downstairs bedrooms both have access to the garden and patio. The sofa bed in the lounge provides for two extra persons. From the sun beds in the garden you are able to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet, little Spanish village named "El Roque". From the villa it takes only a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to the long stretching, sandy "Cotillo Beach". Moreover, the famous blue lagoons lie only a 10 minute drive away. "Cotillo", the picturesque fishing village, which is a 5 minute drive away from the Villa, provides everything you need: shopping, various restaurants, cultural events, rentals (bike, snorkeling,...).
