There are no steps to enter the lower level if you go in through the garage. The BACKYARD is private and fully fenced. The upper deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. The lower patio area has a fire pit and string lights. Extra folding chairs are available for your convenience and we also have corn hole boards (and bags) for your use. The KITCHEN is stocked with your every day cookware and kitchen supplies. We have the standard appliances as well as a toaster oven, electric griddle, crockpot, drip coffee pot, and tea kettle. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, basic spices, and a variety of coffee and creamers, and tea are also provided.
