The original owner (Tommy Milham) designed the cabin with a uniquely and expertly blended range of sawmilled hardwoods: wormy maple, poplar, chestnut, walnut, red oak, hard pine, cedar and hickory. The cabin sits on a 3-acre lake that was built from the sale of a ring given to Tommy by Elvis Presley in 1976. The space There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. One has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen bed. Upstairs is the master king bedroom and a sleeping loft that has a custom made queen bed. The downstairs bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The bottom bunks have full-size mattresses and the top bunks have twin mattresses. The main floor has a well-stocked kitchen with a large dining table. It shares space with the great room that offers a beautiful floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. It opens up to a large covered porch with 2 hanging swings. The downstairs offers another gas fireplace and game area with foosball, air hockey and darts. There is also a laundry room that has a 2nd refrigerator. The space has double doors that walk out to the spacious patio overlooking the small lake. The patio has a sitting area, outdoor ping pong, a gas grill, gas griddle and charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal). There is a canoe and a kayak for use on the small lake.
