Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area. The space The master bedroom has 2 nightstands and dresser. Walk in closet with dresser. 55" smart TV. The room is private from other areas of the casita. The living room has 55" smart TV with pull out sofa bed. There is a tankless water heater with unlimited hot water. Guest access There is a front porch, and back porch with BBQ and provided propane tank. The casita backyard is apprx. 1/4 acre fully gated and private with overhead cafe lighting. Patio table seats up to 8. There is also a propane (provided) firepit. We have board games & cornhole set. Other things to note We welcome dogs only for an additional $50 pet fee. Up to three are welcome, but inquire for possible additional cost. No cats due to allergies. We also have 3 dogs, but they are in a separate yard of their own. Please note: We are in a country setting and there are coyotes, hawks, etc... so we ask you to keep a close eye on your pups when outside. Especially tiny pups should be supervised when outside.
