The house has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8, and there is also a sleeper sofa available in a shared living spare. The space Inside, enjoy all the comforts of home paired with the latest in modern conveniences-- a fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, gas range and has an in-counter downdraft for the cooktop, Nest thermostat, gas fireplace and heated tile floors. Kick back and take a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi tub while soaking in the spectacular mountain view or settle into the den with a selection of books and games for your entertainment. The game room and lounge area is equipped with a 60 inch Samsung 4KTV with Apple TV, pool table, foosball table, and sectional sofa making it the ultimate hang out spot. Also please note that the Dish cable is not active. There is central air AC available in the summer months! Outside, all 10.5 acres are yours to explore- including granite paths, stone walls, sculptures, waterfalls, two ponds and tea house.
