There are a few steps up to the front door of the building. Inside of the condo, there are two steps up to the living room and one step up to each bedroom. The 12 foot ceilings and large windows provide a bright and open feel with lots of natural light. Guest access Contactless check-in at the front door, plus a smart lock on the condo door. Two parking spaces are included in the private parking lot behind the building. There is also plenty of street parking available in front of the building. Please note: on Husker Football game days, parking is $25 per vehicle if you choose to park in the lot. Other things to note No smoking, no pets, and no tailgating per building rules.
