This bath is shared with the rest of the main level via a door on the other end leading to the kitchen and indoor patio. This bedroom also contains a dedicated workspace, with a desk, chair, lamp, and printer all provided. The black & white printer will have paper and a USB input for your printing needs. Discover the secondary bedroom, where you’ll find a queen bed with luxe bedding, bedside table with lamp, two windows with blinds, and a large full-length mirror. You’ll be close – less than 5 minutes away – to shopping (Target, Walmart, Sprouts, King Soopers), two golf courses, and Dutch Bros Coffee. Blossom Bungalow is at the center of a triangle consisting of Downtown Denver, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, and Boulder, and is 20 minutes away from each locale. Other things to note Pets are permitted, with a $100 total fee per pet. Please reach out if you are planning on bringing one or multiple furry friends with you for your stay. The fine for an undisclosed pet brought on your stay is $1,000 Blossom Bungalow has a Ring doorbell facing the front patio, along with one exterior security camera above the garage facing the front of the house, and one exterior security camera on the back wall facing the back of the house. No cameras are inside the property. Cameras are motion-activated, with recordings stored in the cloud for a month. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside or in the hot tub, and will result in a fine (minimum $1,000). Smoking in the backyard (excluding the hot tub) is permitted. No parties permitted per Airbnb regulations.
