The kitchen is completely equipped for full meal prep, including a conduction cooktop and convection oven as well as a backup oven. Nespresso, Keurig, cafetiere, electric kettle, toaster, waffle iron, food processor and Ninja. Guest access The guests have full use of the first and second floor primary living and recreation spaces, plus the basement workout area with weights and an exercise bike. There is also a laundry room for guest use. (The third floor owners apartment is not occupied when guests are in residence.) Other things to note The primary bedroom and the brown bedroom have private bathrooms while the other two bedrooms share a full bath steps away. The half-bath, is located on the main floor. The first floor and primary bedroom fireplaces are closed and not for guest use due to previous mis-use which has caused smoke damage to the house.
