Our home is centrally located between Sodus Bay, Chimney Bluffs and Fairhaven Beach giving you privacy for endless relaxation with plenty of activities within a 15 minute drive. We are 10 minutes from the town of Wolcott and 15 minutes from the Sodus Bay area. The home features an open floor plan with 1400 square feet of living space. 6 guest max. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Full, 1 Bunk with twin/full bed combo), 2 full baths with walk in showers, open kitchen, living room and porch area with a futon and sectional couch. Relax on a cool evening in front of the large Smart TV and electric fireplace in the main living area. There is also a desk space for working (although once you see the views you won’t want to!). It's equipped with all the amenities you’ll need: A/C, dishwasher, washer/dryer, WiFi, 2 large Smart TVs, cell phone docking stations, Keurig coffee station, and lots of rainy day games and entertainment. With the warm humid air there are a lot of bugs that build up overnight that we can’t control. We do our best to keep them out of the house but it’s up to you to keep screens/doors closed and clean up day to day when you’re there. You are on the water. Using dock spaces and walking along the waters edge is at your own risk. We do our best to secure the spaces but plants/weeds grow over time and rocks/deck boards shift so please use caution when walking the property. Check out our guide book!
