Ancient traditional Ardechois stone house dating back to 1806 located in a quiet environment in the heart of the village of Planzolles. The building is divided into two: the cottage and the owners house: shared ownership. It offers large living spaces with an area of 123 m2: ideal for families. We can accommodate 6 to 8 people. Access to the pool, inner courtyard, parking lot and the rest of the wooded lot is shared access with the owners. The space Kitchen equipped with all the essentials for your stay: stove with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, folding clothesline, ironing board+iron, cleaning kit and all dishware equipment. In the living room, TV area + dining area with foosball table, dartboard, board games and various books available: ideal for spending pleasant evenings. Upstairs, we discover two bedrooms and a children's playroom. In the open play room is a sofa bed for two extra beds. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a double bed with all the equipment for welcoming babies. In the 2nd bedroom, we discover a mezzanine bed 2 places and a double bed underneath. Outside, you have a covered terrace and a private fenced-in garden. In the garden, barbecue, furniture, ping pong table, bikes are available.
