Vernon's View is a quiet, secluded house located on the Penobscot River. It's open floor plan is great for large family gatherings and retreats. The space Bedroom 1 is on the first floor. The 3rd bedroom with 1 twin bed and a twin bunkbed does not have a door but is divided by 2 large bookcases from the hallway. Basement and garage are not included. First floor laundry, iron/ironing board, half bath. A grill, table and chairs are provided on the deck. The fireplace can not be used due to damage from a chimney fire. There is a small fire pit with chairs near the water for outdoor fires. Guest access All living spaces in the house but not the basement or garage.
