Located on the east shore of Lake Bomoseen, 5.7 miles/9mins to Castleton Univ., 45 mins to Killington or Okemo, our renovated cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (a queen, a full and a set of bunks), Bathroom w/tub, kitchen, dining & living area, smart TV, wifi, covered patio, a washer/dryer. View of the foothills & plenty of activities in the surrounding area! Amazing sunsets, fishing, hiking, & campfires are ready to help make wonderful family memories. There are kayaks, SUP, boat for your use. The space Check in check out during July and August are from 4pm Saturday afternoon to 11am Saturday morning. There is a rowboat, canoe and kayaks available for your use. We have a dock, if you wish to moor your boat. You are welcome to bring your small outboard engine for our skiff; there is a marina on the lake if you wish to rent something for water skiing or cruising the lake. Float Bridge Road prevents vessels with towers from coming through, making for a quieter and safer family experience. Hiking, snowshoeing and cross country ski trails are nearby. There are usually basket coffee filters at the cottage. A perfect getaway is awaiting you! Other things to note A pool is available at the KOA campground and Crystal beach is also public. Both are nearby COVID 19 - we encourage you to bring, blankets and pillows. We are disinfecting beds and contact points between guests. We do not provide bed linens or bath towels. There are pillows and blankets in the closet if you choose not to bring your own.
