This spacious holiday apartment with fireplace and private beach chair on the balcony is on the first floor (elevator available) of the building number 5 built in 2022 and has many handicap-friendly features. The open-plan living area is equipped with a leather sofa and armchair, as well as smart TV. You have access to the southwest balcony from the living room. In winter, the fireplace provides a comfortable warmth. The furnished balcony with fantastic views of the Szczecin Lagoon also offers a beautiful place from the second row to enjoy your meals and admire the view. The beach chair on the balcony will quickly become your favorite place in this apartment. The kitchenette has high quality appliances such as a stove, Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Plenty of dishes, cutlery as well as pots and pans are in the cabinets. At the large dining table, you will find breakfast together before a relaxing day of vacation. Relaxing sleep in the two bedrooms, each with a call box spring bed (180 180,200x) is guaranteed. One bedroom is equipped with another TV. The two fully equipped bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer. One bathroom is additionally equipped with a bidet.  All living rooms and bedrooms can be completely darkened by external blinds. The bedroom windows as well as a living room window have insect protection.  A car parking space in front of the holiday home is free of charge. More parking spaces can be requested. A public charging station for electric cars is within walking distance 500 meters. The Wi-Fi network (max. 16 Mbps) you can use free of charge. A baby crib without additional mattress is available free of charge. Far from the hustle and bustle of public wellness facilities, you will find the peace you have earned in the attic of the house on 190 m². Your children can look forward to the versatile leisure area (390 m²) in the basement with table tennis, foosball table, chess board and games room, which does not let you get bored even on "bad weather days". The newly built "Haffresidenz" is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom in the immediate vicinity of the Stettiner Haff Nature Park. Gently surrounded by the fragrant pine forest, further cliff landscape and mysterious moors, your vacation starts in the middle of nature. Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many protected landscape areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to the renowned villages such as the Kaiserbad Heringsdorf or the Seeheilbad Ahlbeck, the island consists of many romantic places and village communities where you can end the evening in one of the romantic seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, sporting and cultural offerings such as golf, water sports and interesting museums. The fine sandy Usedomer Baltic Sea beach can be reached via the well-known imperial baths, which are eight kilometers away from us and a maximum of 15 minutes by car. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity is the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its beach on the Haff coast. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant on the harbor for a good fish kitchen and a place in front of breathtaking sunsets. The "Haffresidenz" is a new construction project on the beautiful island of Usedom. It includes an impressive number of a total of ten apartment buildings. This construction project will help expand the range of high-quality accommodation in the region and provide our holiday guests with a comfortable and modern vacation experience. Each of the apartment buildings is carefully designed and equipped to meet the individual needs and preferences of our guests. During the ongoing construction project of the "Haffresidenz", acoustic disturbances may occur temporarily until all houses are completed. Any claims for rent reduction in connection with the construction site are covered with knowledge of this information. The developer makes every effort to keep the disruption to a minimum and to carry out the work within the specified time frame and regulations. Completion of the first two houses 4a and 5 in 2021 and 2022 is a key milestone in this construction project. Thus, high-quality accommodations are now available that offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay. The careful planning and implementation have led to a successful conclusion and our guests can now enjoy the amenities and relaxed atmosphere of the completed houses. Houses 3, 3a and 4 are close to completion and will be handed over to owners in summer 2023. The remaining houses of the "Haffresidenz" are already located in the advanced construction stage (shell and facade work as well as the window installation are almost completely completed). At this stage of construction, most of the noisy activities are usually completed. It can be assumed that the disturbances caused by noise are minimal or even completely eliminated.
