Looking for a perfect Winter upstate retreat? Look no further! Welcome to our beautiful 100 year old farmhouse! Nestled on over two acres in the Southern valley of the Shawangunk mountains, this is a beautiful area to explore foliage and hikes, stay home to soak in the hot tub, warm up by the fireplace, or cook! We are located in the Sullivan County Catskill region, next to the Hudson Valley and Delaware River regions. With farmland and hiking nearby, we know you will love this beautiful area. The space You will have access to the whole home while you are here. There is a beautifully updated kitchen with a farmhouse sink, big fridge, and new gas stove. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything we think you will need to whip up a gourmet meal. There is a great room adjacent to the kitchen with a couch, gas fireplace, and lots of plants. This room leads directly out to the back deck which is built around the heated pool (open May 15 - September 15). there is also a grill and fire place. A brand new outdoor hot tub is open year round. There are three bedrooms in the home. The second floor is a giant master suite with a king bed, full bath, and sitting area. The second and third bedrooms are downstairs: one with a full bed, and the other with two twin beds. There is another full bathroom downstairs. We also have a separate dining room and living room with a smart TV. This is a great home we know you will enjoy! Outdoors there are just over two acres to explore. We have tried to incorporate lots of little areas to explore with plants, nature walks, and other farmhouse touches. I hope you will love it! Guest access You will have access to the full house! There is a lockbox at the front door for contactless entry. Other things to note Please note that after 3 guests each additional overnight guest will be a $50/person per night charge. This will show up in your booking details but if you add additional guests after booking we don't want this to be a surprise! Let us know in advance if you can!! There is also a pet fee per pet.
