Check-in time is negotiable. Farm Fresh Eggs may be available from my Back Yard Biddies. PLEASE NOTE-minimum stay of 30 days. The space Two queen bedrooms. The sheets may be wrinkled, but they will be clean! 50" TV in each room. Complete kitchen with washer/dryer. (Deep-frying food is not allowed.) One large bathroom, shower only. The Bathroom is not adjacent to bedroom 1, it is down the hall next to bedroom 2. Guest access ACCESS: Access code for the key box will be provided 1-2 days prior to arrival. LOCATION: 10 minutes from Tyler Perry Studios. 10 minute Lyft/Uber to closest Marta Station. Quiet established neighborhood. PARKING: One reserved parking space in driveway. It is important that you park to the side so the host can enter/exit the two car wide driveway. Sign will be posted. Parking is available on street, on the side opposite the mailbox. BUS ROUTE: There is a bus stop about one block from the residence. Atlanta City Bus Route 165 (do confirm COVID bus times). It takes appx 30 min by bus to Hamilton E. Homes Marta Station. It is a 10 minute drive to Hamilton E. Holmes Marta Station (free parking at Marta, but not overnight, yet, we need to write our Representatives). AIRPORT: 15 minute drive to Airport, Lyft/Uber APPX $30 (depending on time of day). Other things to note I work during the day, and sometimes long hours, I will do my best to respond within 24 hours. Also note that the heat and AC are controlled by the upstairs. The APT stays inherently cool in the summer. Today it is 90 degrees outside and the apartment is at 70, and that is with all the vents closed! I am not sure of the temperatures in the winter months yet, stand alone fans and electric heaters provided. The host lives upstairs, you may here the host walking around, vacuuming, etc, and/or the "pitter patter" of "no longer so little feet" (7&9) when Grands are visiting, about 1 weekend per month. I co-host with my daughter as a POC when I may be out of town.
