Parking: There is free, on-street parking available in front of the unit, which is common in the downtown area. There is usually ample parking available directly out front, however it is first come first serve, and there are no reserved spaces. We cannot guarantee parking spaces, or enough space for trailers, U-Hauls, boats, etc. Please be advised of weekly street cleaning - there are signs that indicate when cleaning takes place. If you happen to stay during street cleaning hours, simply park around the corner for a different schedule. Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be advised that we ask all guests to respect 10PM quiet hours every night of the week. Any violations may result in a formal report on the booking platform and or an early termination of your reservation. Any unapproved late checkouts may result in additional fees. There is a $50 shipping fee for any items that you leave behind and need shipped back to you.
