We have completely newly furnished the downstairs bedroom as a master bedroom and had a special box spring bed made. In addition, uniform and very high quality hotel bedding and hotel deli goods have been purchased for you, which are only used in our house. In addition, a spacious living-dining room with new smart TV (fiber optic 300) as well as a double bedroom with new box spring bed, a modern bathroom with wonderfully pleasant underfloor heating and a guest toilet. Upstairs is another double bedroom with a small sitting area, but whose beds can also be placed individually, as well as another room with a single bed and a modern glass desk and new, small smart TV. A wonderful, fully fenced garden encloses the house and offers plenty of space and distance from the neighboring properties. The sun welcomes you through the kitchen window in the morning and accompany you all day round in the garden and on the paved terrace, which also offers protection in drizzle weather with a practical glass roof. In the small garden shed you will find the new terrace furniture as well as a barbecue. Of course, you can also safely store your bicycles here. This modern holiday home in Neßmersiel impresses with its excellent cul-de-sac location. It's just a few minutes walk to the dyke and beach! When you arrive, the beds are freshly made for you and we will provide you with sufficient towels in the bathroom as well as kitchen towels. You are welcome to bring a small dog for a fee (€10 per day), which must be paid on site when the key is handed over. You can just click on the DOG while booking. If you need a cot, please let us know. You are welcome to book it for a small extra charge, we will then also provide you with a high chair and you can secure the stairs with a child gate. You can always book our house from Saturday to Saturday, unfortunately it is not possible to arrive on other days.
