Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are responsible to check for personal items before check-out. Lost items can be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica or Culver City; we do not mail forgotten items. Other things to note The space does have a couple small steps, so is not currently wheelchair accessible. In the winter, there is an electric fireplace in the bedroom/living room area and radiant heat on the floor in the bathroom. We are located in a hire fire hazard zone, which means NO SMOKING anywhere on the property, including outside per Los Angeles short-term rental ordinance. That means no smoking of ANY kind.
