Fish in a Barrel Come enjoy the idyllic beauty and peacefulness of Lincoln Lake! The House: This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is a waterfront nature paradise the entire family can enjoy! The home is located directly on the water with beautiful views from both the upper screened porch and lower level porch as well as your own private dock. Every room has a water view! The space House Layout: Upstairs includes the kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms (king memory foam bed in the master with streaming TV, queen memory foam in the second with TV with DVD player), two full bathrooms, a very spacious living room with a 65 in streaming TV leading to the screened porch, and a laundry room. Downstairs has a separate entrance with two twin XL memory foam beds and a full bed and TV with gaming system. Rental includes use (at your own risk) of a canoe, kayak, and 4-seater paddle boat (no gas motors are allowed on the lake). Bring your fishing poles to this fully-stocked private lake. We have 25 mbps Satellite internet. The Neighborhood: Lincoln Lake is a historic fishing camp that was established in the 1940s. It is located just down the road from Flintville Fish Hatchery, where rainbow trout are grown and distributed across the country. This friendly neighborhood is made up of cabins, cottages, and rustic family retreats surrounding the lake. Guests will have access to the playground, pavilion area, dam and creek with waterfalls (perfect for the kids to go searching for crawdads!). The lake is surrounded by forest and farmlands on all sides making it a bird watcher’s paradise. Geese, heron, hawks, and all sorts of wildlife frequent the lake. The area is about 10 minutes from any retail and does require driving over a small, paved dam to get to the house. The area: Situated in the heart of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, Fish in a Barrel, is a 20-25 minute drive to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, TN, 10 minute drive to Prichard’s Distillery in Kelso, TN, and 20 minutes to the historic town square of Fayetteville, TN. Most of the other whiskey distilleries are under an hour. Also, only 30 minutes to Winchester and Tim’s Ford Lake. Several major metro areas are close by- Huntsville, Nashville, and Chattanooga.
