In the heart of the village of Pittsford, this house is perfect for a getaway, HS and College graduations, golf tournaments, Bills training camp, etc. It is literally one block to shopping, coffee shops, St. Louis School/Church, restaurants, etc. Walk a couple more blocks to the historical Canal trail. This house has 3 bedrooms plus an office on the 2nd floor. It sleeps 6 people not including the office. Why spend money on a hotel when you can have an entire house!! I grew up in the area and always loved the village. I continue to use the house on a very regular basis for personal use since my family still lives in town. This ensures that I take very good care of the house and very much care about the neighborhood. I hope you love the house as much as I do. It is a great space in the winter with the fireplace and in the warmer months using the front porch and NEW stone patio in the back yard!!
