Enjoy a stay at our lake house in Milton Vermont. You have direct access to the lake shore and western sunset views toward South Hero and upstate New York. This family friendly home includes 3 private bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is an open "bunk room" with 4 bunk beds. The open office has a pullout couch. This retreat is located at the end of a private road on Lake Champlain's "Inland Sea." This shoreline and lake bottom is shale rock - which means clean water for swimming. The space This is a 3 story house. You enter on the middle 2nd floor of the house. Downstairs: this includes an interior bedroom with two twin beds - this bedroom includes 2 windows that open to the playroom. The remainder of the downstairs includes a large kids playroom with a foosball table, smart TV and sitting area. This opens up into an alcove "bunk room" with 4 bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room. Main floor: this is the primary living area in the house. There is an open kitchen, bar area, dining room table that seats 12 and a living room. There is also a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed on this floor. Upstairs: the stairs from the living room lead to an open office that overlooks the living room. This floor also has the master suite. This includes a large bedroom with a king sized bed, smart TV and two comfortable chairs for reading or watching TV. The master bathroom includes a shower and separate Jacuzzi bathtub. Outside you’ll enjoy a deck with seating for 8 people. Below the deck is a patio with 5 chairs. Both of these areas face west toward the lake - allowing you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is a gas BBQ in the front porch. The house is surrounded by woods and provides a great amount of privacy. There is also a small yard and gardens. Guest access You'll receive a key code for getting access to the house. Early check-in will be accommodating if the cleaning schedule allows.
