The master bath features a shower, a bathtub, and two separate vanities. The other bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom also has direct access to the pool area. The second bathroom has access to the pool and can be used as a pool bathroom. Other things to note You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
