Three bedrooms with beautifully decorated en suite bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, from where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the panorama of Umag and the sea, the spacious garden, the large swimming pool and the nature surrounding the villa. There is an extra sofa in one of these bedrooms. No en suite and bed in the fourth bedroom but a sofa with a pull-out mattress for two people. For additional entertainment, guests can also use the basement, which has an entertainment area / TV/cinema/playstation with two armchairs, and a additional room as a tavern with a kitchen and an indoor fireplace/barbecue.
