No Smoking. Please be aware we do own cats who live on the main floor. We are close to NYC, American Dream, MetLife Stadium, Willowbrook Mall, restaurants, Whole Foods, small shopping center with dunkin donuts, bagel shop, pharmacy, pizza, liquor store, nail salon, restaurants, and ShopRite. Everything you need yet still feel like you're in the country. Beautiful surroundings, nature sounds, pretty peaceful, all right off the main road. Bus and train transportation to NYC close by. The space Our pets live on the main floor only, they are family; however they do not go downstairs. You will have access to our basement level space in a private home with coded lock, back door entrance on cul-de-sac, private bath, refrigerator, table, chairs, microwave, coffee maker, electric fireplace, standing air conditioner, Roku TV, and WiFi. Open Space with one bedroom and one futon/couch that opens to a full size bed. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Guest access You will have access to the basement level of space. The laundry room is closed off and is not used while guests are present. We encourage our guests to make themselves at home! Other things to note Our pets live on the main floor only. This is a basement level space. We have a dehumidifier running at all times. It is very quiet however if it bothers our guests we encourage them to let us know. There is a stand up air conditioner keeps it cool not cold. We actually encourage our guests to let us know about anything we could do to make their stay the best! We are open to all suggestions that will make your trip wonderful.
