"The Gathering Place" is an amazing spot to gather family and friends together to create genuine and lifelong memories.  This two level home offers three bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 1T + futon) so everyone has the space they need for rest while also offering great spaces to share together,  including a full kitchen and game room complete with Ping Pong, Foosball, and Dart Board. The space Plus a living room with wood burning stove (wood not provided) and other entertainments such as Wifi, 3 flat-screen tv's, DVD player, and video games. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM. Sleeps up to 8 in beds. Maximum occupancy 8, which includes children & infants of any age.  GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 8 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 8 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).   LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.  PETS/ANIMALS: This is a pet-friendly home. A maximum of 1 dog allowed, with an additional fee of $35 per night, per pet, plus tax. PET POLICY IS FIRM.  Parking is available for 6 cars so the short drive to Yosemite should be no problem at after a full day of exploring the park you can rest assured that the Gathering Place, and all the family memories, will be ready to welcome you.  STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways.  OUTDOOR FIRES: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking. Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price subject to change without notice. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.  CELEBRATION DEBRIS: Confetti is not allowed in or around the property. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris. And remember, you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake. 5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts, community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round. 6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris. 7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice). 8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises. 9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet. Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law.
