The open concept living and dining areas make it easy to see everything from one end of the house to the other. The primary bedroom is also located on the main floor with the en suite bathroom and sliding glass doors to a private deck. Laundry and a half bath can be found on this floor for convenience, just off the garage. Step upstairs to an open loft area with a balcony overlooking the pond and an extra large bonus room over the garage! In this massive room you will find a private TV area, 1 queen bed, and 2 double beds. There is also a full size bathroom on this floor between the loft area and bonus room, including a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 3rd living space is located on the basement level. There is a large comfortable space for stretching out and enjoying the gorgeous views of the pond, or watching TV. There is also a 3rd bedroom on this floor with an en suite bathroom and a sliding glass door to the lower patio. Spend evenings down here roasting marshmallows for S’mores at the fire pit, or just enjoying the peace and tranquility of the great outdoors. Minimum age to rent is 28. No exceptions. * The pond itself is for appearance only, and is owned by a private citizen. It is also protected by the natural conservancy, and cannot be used for fishing, swimming, etc.
