The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home. Many restaurants, and Ft Worth about an hour away. It's very peaceful, amazing sunrise. Guest access Plenty of parking space. we do not have an enclosed garage. This a on the lake, please keep in mind there is no fence to the lake, if you bring kids please be aware of this. Other things to note If planning to go on the lake, this will be at your own risk, we do have canoes that is available for use. the lake is about 100feet from the house. The house has two bedrooms with on-site, very open plan , stairs to 2nd floor where the bedrooms are. A queen size leather sleeper couch down stairs.
