This is a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at the Aruba in Daytona Beach, which was built in 2020. This ocean front unit is breathtaking.  Not a single detail was overlooked. It`s conveniently located on the 2nd floor offering comfort and luxury along with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the direct ocean front balcony.  The living room offers a large flat panel TV, it`s own modem and Internet router for in room wireless high speed service.  All of the furniture and decor was carefully selected to provide a feeling of comfort and luxury that is second to none.  This unit is in a building that is brand new construction, so all of the finishes are top of the line including granite counters, stainless steel appliances and tile flooring throughout.  If you are wanting to take your vacation experience to the next level, this is where you want to be! Bedroom 1 features a king bed and a beautiful master bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and connects to the second bathroom (which has 2 entry points). The third bedroom has a king bed, a twin bed and a twin pull out trundle bed. The condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo. The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc to help make your trip seamless and unforgettable. 1 free, secure private parking space is available for guests in the garage.  There are additional parking spaces availble outside the lobby, but they are first come first serve.  Also, there is a public parking area within walking distance where vehicles can be left overnight. Guest access Guests can obtain a key from the Sunlit Vacation Rentals office 4 minutes north of the condo complex on A1A, but the building and the condo itself are key pad convenient (keyless). A set of keys in the condo will give guests access to the building, the condo itself and to the back entrance of the building by the pool area. Other things to note The garage access remote is very hard to replace. If a guest loses the remote or takes it with them, there will be a $200 fine.
