Our comfortable 1000 Island Park cottage sleeps 10 and is ideal for large or extended families. It offers 2 Master bedrooms on the ground floor each with queen sized beds. There are 2 full baths (1 on each floor), a 3rd bedroom downstairs with a set of bunk beds, and a large loft bedroom for the kids upstairs with 4 singles and a double. Renters are responsible for their own Lines/Towels. These can be supplied at additional cost. Nearby 24' boat dock is also available at added cost for renters The space This cottage offers privacy and lots of room to spread out while overlooking the State Park Golf Course, tennis courts and a large forever green park like area for the kids to run and play. It is less than 200 yards away from the Park's 'Swimming Cove', a sandy beach, with a shallow swimming area and a floating swim platform. The cottage has a laundry room, pantry, kitchen with Fridge,microwave, range, coffee maker, Keurig, etc., a wood stove, dining area and living room with cable tv, dvd, cd stereo system and Wi-Fi. The wrap around porch has wicker furniture, picnic table, porch swing, rocking chairs, and two Weber charcoal grills Guest access You'll have the entire cottage Other things to note .Rentals from the last week in June thru 3rd week of August are considered "High Season". These dates are rented by the week only, Sunday to Sunday. Other "Off Season" dates are available at a three night minimum stay, at a SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT. Check availability on my calendar and contact me for DISCOUNTED RATES. The Park Renters Fee is included in pricing. $100. Cleaning fee is added separately to rental cost. Renters agree to leave the cottage in similar condition as when they arrived. A rental contract will be forwarded to you for signature upon your reservation. Guests are responsible for their own Linens/Towels/Paper goods. These can be supplied for an additional fee. A nearby 24' Boat Dock is also available to Renters for the length of their stay for an added fee.
