We work very hard to keep our little community respectful of the neighbours. Therefore noise complaints or any disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate eviction with no refund. Please be courteous! We use a Noise Monitoring device in our home to ensure after hours noise levels are reasonable. This device does not record any audio, it only monitors noise levels.
