Looking for privacy? I am rarely home, so you’ll pretty much have the house to yourself. Conveniently located half a mile from the I295 exit, you’re 10 mins from Ft. Gregg-Adams (Lee) and 23 mins to Richmond. One mile from the river located between Hopewell and Chester, you’ll enjoy deer in the evenings and birds in the morning. There is a resident cat, D’artagnon, that comes and goes. If you don’t want a cat around, let me know. Equipped with a shower that is handicapped accessible. The space Definite Boho theme throughout. The doors come with locks to ensure everyone’s privacy. The bathroom has sturdy handrails and a step-in shower/bath ideal for people who are challenged getting in out of the tub. Guest access The living room, bath, and kitchen are all available and at your disposal. Feel free to sit outside in the morning and enjoy your coffee!
