Welcome to Bear Rock Lodging | Basecamp - a luxurious lower unit that is completely redesigned & outfitted for the perfect NH getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern- rustic styled apartment is set up for a large family or group. This beautiful & spacious unit is meticulously designed to keep you excited to return to your vacation home after a long day of exploring. The unit has direct trail access & is walking distance to the most popular bar/restaurant in Pittsburg, the Buck Rub Pub. The space The luxurious bottom level apartment is a modern-rustic styled unit with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Equipped with a full sized kitchen & all the necessary modern appliances. A spacious living room with a massive 85" Smart TV that's perfect for gathering & lounging with family/friends. The connected screened in porch area is set with outdoor furniture perfect for a summer night. Bedrooms: The master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized memory foam mattress and its own full private bathroom. The Queen room is fitted with a queen sized memory foam mattress and place conveniently next to the main bathroom & living room. The 3rd bedroom is set up with a Bunk-bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin size mattress on the top. Outdoor Space: There is an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs & a picnic table ready for a night of s'mores or casual summer night after a long day of exploring. Also, an outdoor propane grill is available for cooking in the same area. Guest access Guests will have access to the bottom apartment. The right side of the building, the guests will have private access to a fire pit, Adirondack chairs & a picnic table, as well as a their own outdoor propane grill on the side of the building. The door for your vacation rental will be unlocked prior to your arrival by a Bear Rock team member & your access key will be placed on the kitchen table. If you find yourself locked out, you will find a Lock Box located next to the door. Any keys used during your stay, please place back where you found them before you depart. The large parking lot is shared with the upper apartment unit but has plenty of room for multiple cars, off-road vehicles & trailers, we do request you do not drive up on grassed area. Guests have a direct access via pathway to the most popular restaurant & bar in Pittsburg, the Buck Rub Pub. Please be aware, this path is shared with ATVs and to tread carefully both day and night. A friendly reminder for trail openings, all ATV trails close on October 10th, 2023 for the season & reopen May 24th, 2024. Snowmobile season tentatively will open as early as December 15th and closes April 1st, 2024 but is all Snow dependent. Other things to note Please be respectful of noise during quiet hours (10:00pm - 8:00am) Please be respectful to other guests and do not double park any cars, off-road vehicles or trailers as the parking lot is shared with the upstairs apartment. Trail openings & Closures: All ATV trails close on October 10th, 2023 for the season & reopen May 24th, 2024. Snowmobile season tentatively will open as early as December 15th and closes April 1st, 2024 but is all Snow dependent. Rentals are available at Bear Rock during each seasonal open date, while trails are open. Any Lodging guest will receive a 20% discount off any rental length during their stay with Bear Rock! We highly recommend you call our main office to reserve your rental machine prior to arrival or when you book your lodging option.
