(Guests not permitted at creek or beyond the property tree line). - Firepit with seating for 6 - Woodburning fireplace (firewood not provided but can be picked up nearby) - Board games - Children’s games and toys - French press and stove top coffee makers. (Coffee provided) - Washer / dryer available for bookings 1 week or longer. - Iron / Ironing board and steamer. Guest access Guests are not permitted in the basement or beyond the tree line at the edge of the property. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - Guests must not venture beyond the tree line of our property. - Guests may not access the basement. - 4 cars max, please park in the driveway - No Smoking, cigarette butts found on property will incur fees. - No Pets , No parties or events. Fee's will incur. - Visitors to be confirmed w/ host, not to exceed 8 people, including guests. - Children (under 18) must be supervised by an adult indoors and outdoors. - Food / garbage should not be left outside, as it will attract bears. - Proper foot ware should be outdoors on lawn and deck at all times.
