Situated on the renowned "A" Street, right at the heart of the community, you'll find yourself conveniently close to an array of delightful restaurants, cozy cafes, and captivating shops and, you'll be less than 800 yards to the beach! It's just directly at the end of the street. You can also drive onto the beach! (Just note, it's best done with a 4-wheel drive vehicle!) You can also explore by bike if you'd prefer. You can rent bikes from Drifters Rentals and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep. You can walk to just about anything you'd need! Inside, the home is adorned with beachy décor featuring a soft color palette that evokes a soothing coastal ambiance. Equipped with all the essentials, it provides everything you need for the perfect sanctuary for your extended stay. The backyard, enclosed with privacy fencing, offers a safe haven for children and furry companions to frolic and play to their hearts' content. Complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a string light-lit ambiance primed for evening cocktail hours, it sets the stage for unforgettable moments. Come together around the crackling fire pit, where you can savor the joy of roasting marshmallows and hot dogs while basking in the company of your loved ones. The highlights of the home: - A sitting area with plush sofas that face a wall-mounted TV, providing a relaxing space to hang out. - A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with the basics that you’d need to enjoy a meal at home, plus a dishwasher to make clean-ups fast and easy. We’ve also included a coffee maker to help you get your day started with a hot cup of java. - A stylish dining table to seat 6 where you can enjoy a sit-down meal and good conversation. - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests as such: Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed - A washer and dryer for your convenience. Some detergent is provided but not replenished* - Ample parking in the driveway just please do not block the sidewalk (Florida law!) Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week. Other things to note A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500. Baby equipment is available for a fee. When parking in the driveway, do not block the sidewalk, it's against the law in Florida. No parking on the lawn on either side of the driveway. You may park on the grass strip by the street. Pet-friendly with a fee. Note that the backyard is spacious and fully fenced in. Letting your pet run loose is at your own risk. See pet rules below. Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated. We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. All linens and towels will also be provided, along with a starter supply of coffee. If you require any additional items upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details. Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please put garbage out to street after 6 pm Sunday for Monday AM pick up. Kindly bring emptied trash cans back to enclosed area as soon as garbage is picked up. The propane for the BBQ is not included. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - NO SMOKING INSIDE the house or near open window. This includes tobacco, cannabis or vaping. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Please use the hose or shower to rinse off after coming from the beach before entering the house. - No glass or other debris is to be thrown in the fire pit—the fire pit is to be used for burning wood only. - No hanging towels out front. - Pet-friendly with the following rules: A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250.
