The other unit is a penthouse unit on the very top of the building, whose guests park on the grass turf block paver patio at the side of the house. There are just a few steps up in front and back to access the entry doors and one non-slip carpeted staircase down from inside the center of the house to the basement that houses your own in-unit laundry, games room and gym.
