Located in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac in the north of the city, near Avenida de las Americas. Note: We haven't rented short-term (i.e. airbnb) for a while; thus the inactivity and old reviews - though we have very good reviews in other long-term sites (i.e. compartoapto). The space We are Andres and Tania and we have set up 2 independent apartments in our house (where Andres has also his office), located at the end of a very secure and tranquil cul-de-sac in the north of the city. This listing is for a studio, totally independent and with its own access. It is fully furnished and equipped: full bed, night table, square table and chair, as well as lamps, TV, compact refrigerator, fan, and storage areas (a standing closet and above the bathroom) - see pictures. Also provided: linen and towels, as well as kitchen utensils. Included: All utilities, including internet (with its own router) and hot water. Also included: basic cleaning service (once a week). Occasional services included: mail reception, printing, scanning, etc. Optional: delivery service, laundry service (outsourcing). Guest access Guests have access to everything, since each apartment is totally independent and fully furnished and equipped. Of course, not to the rest of the house - and vice versa. Other things to note We do have pets (a well-behaved little dog and three cats), but they have no access to the apartment - though animal lovers can certainly interact with them! :) By the way, "we" are my wife and I (plus pets, of course). We have remodeled the house to live comfortably and to also have 2 apartments to rent out, one of which is this studio.
