As Buffalo natives that moved to Arizona, we use this space as our own when we come back to Buffalo to enjoy time with family and friends. We feel so lucky to be your hosts, but because we are not there in person, you will be in contact with our co-hosts. They will be your guides to help ensure you have the best stay possible. In a family-friendly neighborhood, close to the Village of Williamsville and the Thruway, we hope the space offers exactly what you need to help make lasting memories during your time here in Buffalo. Guest access The main entrance at the front door is the main point of entry to our home by using a code to enter on the keypad. This code will be provided to guests the day before check-in. Guests will be able to access the main floor, upper level, as well as the basement to use the washer and dryer only during their stay. The backyard with outdoor furniture and umbrella is also available to use during spring and summer at guests' convenience. Parking is allowed in the driveway, but only in front of the chain link gate. All guests must be registered via Airbnb. If it is found that unregistered guests enter the property, there will be a fee of $250/guest/day. Other things to note All guests must be registered via Airbnb with names listed in the reservation. We have a professional cleaning company clean the house after every check out. However, if it is found that additional attention and/or cleaning is required to remove the smell of smoke, foul odors, or to return the property to the condition at check-in, there will be a fee of up to $500. There is a foyer off the kitchen (at the rear entrance/exit that has open stairs to the basement. There is a baby gate in the basement for families with young kids to use as they wish. Please follow the manufacturer's recommendations and put the gate in the kitchen doorway (leading to the foyer)...NOT at the top of the stairs.
