Wash off your adventures under the rainfall shower and relax on the patio with a cup of tea. The space New (built 2023) 1-Bedroom/1-Bath fully detached guesthouse with it's own private entrance that is decorated in a modern farmhouse style. The space has a front porch that overlooks a small garden with rose bushes, miniature citrus fruit trees and jasmine vines. It comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and small living room. There is a Nectar queen-size memory foam bed in the bedroom and a small pull-out loveseat/sofa bed with a 5" memory foam full-size mattress and hypoallergenic pillow top mattress pad for added comfort. (please note, the bedroom and living room are an open floor plan, there’s a bathroom door but not a bedroom door. Please view in the photos provided). The appliances and furniture are new and complement the décor. Guest access Parking is on the street in front of the house. Follow the flagstone steps to the guesthouse, through the private gate. There's a keypad lock on the front door for self check-in. The guesthouse is yours, as well as the front porch, private yard and garden. Other things to note We opened this space to share our love of our home town with travelers from all over the world. We encourage you to shop local, buy fresh fish off the boats and fruits and vegetables from the farmers' markets. We are more than willing to provide "locals only" insight to the numerous restaurants, breweries, wineries, beaches, best hiking trails and unique attractions of the greater Half Moon Bay area.
