Situated in the beautiful region of the Dordogne in the south west of France The Villa is surrounded by vineyards and well placed between Bordeaux, Bergerac and St Emillion. The Villa is a large, spacious and characterful, 5 bedroom house. Outside is a 9m x 5m salt water pool with a picturesque terrace all overlooking the property’s lake, where guests are welcome to fish, play and relax! The space The Villa is a character property which has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. With a large well equipped kitchen and several spaces to sit and relax there is plenty of room for a large family group. There are five double bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as an office and lots of outside space. The outside seating and pool look over the lake so relax, swim or fish to your hearts content. Guest access The Villa has its own entrance and there is plenty of parking available. A car is essential as the property is rural, in a small hamlet.
