Welcome to our family lake house! We LOVE Lake Ft. Gibson and everything it has to offer! You are located exactly 1 mile from Whitehorn Cove, and 15 minutes from the middle of Wagoner. Perfect for fishing, boating, and water sports! In the marina there is boat ramp access, bait shop, and restaurant/ bar open on the weekends. Whitehorn also has one of the only public hunting land access in the area for duck hunting in the winter. The space A simply decorated lake home comfortable for a large family (or two) on a spacious lot. It is a manufactured home, so you must be able to walk up stairs to enter. Both decks have 3-6 stairs to step up. We have 3 children so the house is equipped for them with tons of movies and games. We have a pack n play and bed rail guard for littles in the back closet. Everything inside the house is accessible to guests. It is stocked with food, detergent, and linens. You are exactly 1 mile from Whitehorn Cove Marina. The marina has boat ramp access, gas pump, small store for fishing supplies, and the Black Pearl Floating Cafe & Bar where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekends. *NOTE* We do have an ADT security alarm system with four outdoor cameras, specifically to monitor outdoor traffic. There is NO video or audio recording devices inside the home. The small circular disks all over inside the home are fire alarm and glass break sensors. Tampering with our security system is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and you will be charged accordingly for broken equipment. This equipment is solely for security purposes. *NOTE* Please respect this is our secondary home that we utilize as a family between renting. This is NOT just a business listing. Don’t be surprised if there are clothes in the closets, and some dressers. We come here frequently throughout the year to enjoy our property. There is still ample closet space for hanging clothes in most closets. If this is a problem for you - this listing is not for you! *NOTE* This is a rural community - it is not uncommon for an occasional stray dog, cat, and natural wildlife (deer) to roam the property. *NOTE* If the cleaner has to clean up excessive mess OR throw up - it’s a $300 extra charge. *NOTE* Smoking cigarettes and cannabis is not allowed inside the home whatsoever. There is ample seating outside for that activity. If there are signs of anyone smoking inside the home you will be subject to $500 charge for disinfecting the space. Guest access The entire home and everything in it is available for access. Items like condiments, creamer, and snacks are available for use, as well as detergent, cleaning supplies, dishwasher fluid, trash bags, linens, pack n play, toys and board games. There’s a small seating area outside under the tree with a fire pit available for guest use. Firewood is found in a pile behind the garage. With providing these extra amenities we ask you to be respectful of the items we do keep there for our personal use. We keep some items in our freezer and pantry. There is shelves cleared for guests to store items. The 3 car garage will remain locked with our personal items so please respect that. Personal items in closets and drawers are to be left alone. This is our secondary home we utilize in between renting - please respect our belongings. We love the lake life! Other things to note • This is our second home! It is completely stocked with all the things you may need - Detergent, cleaners, trash bags, cooking utensil. With that please remember we do keep our clothes stored in some of the closets and dressers there. •There is a small creek that runs through the right side of our property. Depending on rainfall, there may or may not be water in it. Just be aware in the event you have children.
