Other things to note We are a Ma & Pa business and we take great pride in the work we put into updating our house and design. Our house has been lived in by us, our comfy mattress used by us and our couch cuddled on by us to watch movies. The bulk of our furniture is West Elm, comfortable and good quality and we do have a mattress topper for any guest who prefers it. Aside from the basement and upstairs bedroom, as indicated in our listing, there are two steps from the foyer(s) into the main level of our house which is all one level. Steps are to code and not awkward and passed a city inspection to get our rental license. If you're a pet owner, food bowls and a cat scratching post are available for your furry friends. Be sure to indicate "Pets" and the number of pets upon reserving your space. Please read our manual carefully for details on additional cleaning fees for excessive pet hair not removed before checking out. This is a mid-term rental 30+ days and therefore our cleaning fee is a bit higher for deep cleaning. *Please note*; there is an additional $150 pet fee for more than two pets. We allow up to four.
