Located on Playa Colonia Calle. 7-minute walk on the paved road leading to the entrance of Marina Ballena Ntnl Park, you even have a river inlet. Many other beaches minutes away. You can walk to restaurants and markets. 3 hours to SJO, an easy coastal drive. The space Our home is so easy to relax in. You can wake up and have all the tools necessary to make your typical Costa Rican breakfast of pinto & a delicious cup of Costa Rican coffee. Take a 7 minute walk to the beach,its the last entrance to Parque Nacional Marino Ballena, you can walk to the the very popular "whale tail" or take a short 7 minute drive to fresh water Uvita Water Falls. there are tons of things close by to do and more within an easy drive. Guest access The home and yard are for use of the guests. We have one room locked that is designated for the owner's closet. Other things to note There is a washer and dryer for use. Showers have great pressure with hot water. There are also clothes lines in the back yard to hang towels and swim suits. Also a shower outside off the back patio. Dominical is 15 minutes. Perez Zeladon-San Isidro Central is 40-45 minutes, very metropolitan city.
