NE Kinney Street is a mere 4 blocks from the waterfront at Penn Cove and the quaint downtown village of Coupeville, Washington. This home is on a quiet street right across from a local park with playgrounds. Upon entering the space, you're welcomed by subtle textures, light and bright living spaces, dining nook with seating for 4 and fully appointed kitchen. On either side of the main living room are 2 bright bedrooms with queen beds, spacious closets and cheerful decor. The large, picture windows and sliding glass doors provide ample viewing of the local deer which fearlessly wander all over town. The space was designed specifically with recreation opportunities for working, active and leisure visitors in mind for extended 30 day stays which includes bi-weekly house keeping. Guest access NE Kinney Street provides parking along the front of the home as well as across the street, along the fence of Lion park. Within walking distance of nearly all that Coupeville has to offer the Heritage Heart Stay provides a welcome space for local exploration. Hiking, walking, biking, museums, historical sites and parks make it easy to get out and get dirty without worry because everything will wash up in the laundry room, keys are located inside the stay. Shops and dining along the waterfront in Coupeville makes for a wonderful day or a short drive to Old Town Oak Harbor for another view across the cove. Retreat, relax and plan your next great adventure while enjoying beautiful Whidbey Island. Arrive by ferry, sailing from Mukilteo to Clinton then drive North to Coupeville or travel via Hwy 20 over the iconic Deception Pass bridge that spans the gap between Fidalgo Island and Whidbey Island. Because this remains the only bridge onto Whidbey Island traffic can be heavy at times. Other things to note Laundry Room: The key to the attached but separate laundry room is located inside the stay under the TV. Access is in the back of the building, easily located off of the deck. The laundry room is shared with the resident living next door and the housekeeping staff. In addition to housing the washer and dryer there'sample room to store bikes or equipment that may have traveled with you! The room is locked and secure.
