With only a short walk down to see the Kaaterskill water fall, or a bike ride to the North-South Lake, the activities are refreshing and calming. For the hiking lovers there are many trails which take you to the bottom of the fall or up to the lakes. In the summer you just bring your kayak and let yourself float on the lake. The property is located only minutes to downtown Tannersville and the Hunter Mountain ski resort. The house has an open space concept for living/dinning/kitchen with large glass doors to access the deck. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, gas stove, toaster, and coffee makers. You will find pretty china and crystal glassware inviting you for a warm and delicious meal. There are several types of pans, a mixer, and a blender for baking lovers. The wood dining set has six seats. There are two additional cushioned chairs at the semi island with a quartz countertop. The hallway is completed renovated with wood floor, fresh paint and new doors for the laundry room. Also, all the doors are newly painted and equipped with new door hardware. Guest access Each room has a private access from the hallway. Each bedroom has nightstands with lamps, dressers, mirrors, and closets. The master bedroom has a walk-in-closet, and a full bath. The bedrooms have new comforters, pillows, and bed linen in trend with the winter season. The baths have new toilets bowl as well as new faucets. There are three thermostats which allow you to set the temperature throughout the house and the basement. The basement offers an additional entertainment space. There is a sofa and cushioned chairs to sit and gather around.
