The flat is located within walking distance of some of the best cafes, restaurants, nightlife and museums in the city, making it the perfect base for those looking to experience all that the city has to offer. One block from parade route. The space The building was originally built around the 1940's and was owned by the United States Postal Service. It was renovated into 5 modern industrial apartments in 2022, that range in size and still has the DMS Mail Management sign in the exterior. The building includes a shared lobby/game room, a fully fenced back yard, and a parking lot. This apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed with a TV & one full bathroom, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and living room with a workspace. It also included a washer and dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to their flat, plus the lobby, halls, backyard and parking lot. Other things to note *The preferred mode of travel here is Uber or Lyft. Bicycles work in the downtown area, and we do have a bike rack in the back yard. Bike rental is available at Hub City Cycles at 501 Jefferson St. *Food delivery options: Doordash, Uber Eats.
