Brand new home in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Fred Meyers, restaurants, pub, and tri-met bus system. Only 25 minutes to Portland Airport. Private bedrooms with large TV, queen size bed, free wi-fi. Private bathtub and shower with full use of kitchen, dining room, and living room. The washer & dryer are available for guests to use. The owner is on-site in the home-sharing the kitchen and living room. Private parking space available. The space This is a 2 story home, down stairs you will find the front porch, living room, dinning room, kitchen, half bath, laundry room, garage. All considered common areas. Upstairs there is my room which has its own private bathroom. Your two rooms with their private full bathroom that they share together for your exclusive use. I am retired, I mostly stay in my bedroom, we most likely will cross paths in the kitchen areas. However I tend to go out and eat and visit my family often so you likely will not see me much. Guest access You will have access to the common areas down stairs, front patio, living room, dinning room, half bath, laundry room, kitchen, garage. There is no parking in the garage, as that is where I park my car. Upstairs you will have access to your two private bedrooms and your exclusive use full bathroom that you use for those two bedrooms. YOU are renting two bedrooms/private full bathroom for your exclusive use, there are no other renters in the house. During your stay Hello, I look forward to meeting you. I am retired, and live in the home. I mostly stay in my room, or I am out doing things with my family member that live in town during the day. We most likely would have are interactions when passing in the kitchen area. However I am easy to get a hold by phone if/when you have any questions or concerns during your stay. I typically am up by 8 or 9AM, and in bed by midnight. During your stay you will be able to enjoy the living room front porch and kitchen on your own most anytime. Of course you have your private bedrooms and private full bathroom all to yourself. Other things to note YOU are renting two bedrooms/private full bathroom for your exclusive use, there are no other renters in the house.
