Smart 12K Window AC keep the whole house feel comfortable during hot summer. The house is newly furnished and decorated, with fast WiFi, and all brand new beds and mattresses in 2022 (Q, Q, & Twin Bunk,). All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the second floor. There's a large kitchen with all necessities, a dining room, a living room with a smart TV, a printer, and board games. A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES: The house is located on Secor Rd which is very convenient. Secor Rd can be busy during the commute time but it is very quiet and private inside of the house. The backyard is fully fenced with a private view. By booking our home you agree not to smoke anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, and E-Cig. Also, you know that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed. By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after.
