It is my master bedroom which has a full set of nice modern furnitures and king size bed. A guest room was renovated as the attached bathroom, so it’s big and spacious. The space It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood near UB north campus. 99.99% of residents and guests are very respectful. Guest access Guests can have their own master bedroom and attached private bathroom. Living room, kitchen and laundry room are shared. During your stay Yes, I live nearby and come clean the house every weekend and respond to guests within 24 hours. Other things to note About kitchen, heavy cooking is not allowed. Please don’t leave dirty plates and utensils on countertop. Clean them and let them dry in dishwasher or put back to designated area.
